The garage and house taken by by the home inspector in June.

Here we are July 26. Cleaning the garage and we started pruning the trees in front of the house. More pruning to do.

We are just off of I-10 on a short road that cuts through the bottom of a valley. The driveway is steep, the house is at the top of a hill on 10 acres.

See the orange roof in the distance? This is taken 1/2 mile away.

We spend lots of time on the deck that faces south.

The double lap pool is under the cover. We will be fixing up the cover.

The back of the house - deck off of the main level, sewing shop is on the lower level, back right.

We trimmed trees around the back stairs to the kitchen and front of the house.

We think these are yucca plants. There are some others that are much larger than this.

Cactus everywhere. The deer will eat the leaves when they get really thirsty. They are starting to flower.

Lots of deer in the morning hours and in the evening.

Found this guy when I was cutting brush.
